1973年7月生于中国湖南省隆回县。现任山东师范大学摄影教研室主任兼影像艺术研究所所长、中国摄影家协会会员、山东省摄影家协会副秘书长。先后毕业于西安美术学院、北京电影学院，现主要从事影像艺术创作、教学与理论研究工作。长期担任并主持的教学研究方向：《摄影构图与用光》、《摄影的再现与表现》、《影视造型表现语言》、《人像摄影》等理论与实践课程。
主要著作：《数码摄影基础》（中国美术院校新设计系列教材之一）、《摄影构图》（中国高等院校摄影专业系列教材之一）。
JinquanNie was born in July, 1973 in Longhui County, Hunan province of China.The director of the Photography department of Academy of Fine Arts and the executive director of Image art institute, Shandong normal university, and a member of the Chinese Photographers Society.Graduated from Xian Academy of Fine Arts and Beijing Film Academy, has engaged in these creating, teaching and researching image art.Teaching and researching direction: Photographic Composition and Lighting, Reproduction and Performance of photography, Video Modeling Language, Portrait Photography, and some theory and practice course.
Major works: Digital photography Fundamental (one of the New Design Series of China art academy), Photographic Composition (one of the Chinese Universities Photography Series).
